the clerk cross sells me the cafe solano.
website says - balanced slightly acidic medium body... agreed. it says it's floral and fruity... agreed. it's pretty good.
it's not my favorite, still it's yummy and it'd be great to roast a batch like this.
ratio: 5grams grind: 100ml filtered water
fine grind with hario hand grinder.
submerged grinds 3 mins, paper filtered.
